Secretary of State Delaying Republican New Hampshire Recount, more Fraud.

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 8:34 pm

The ballots are being switched, that is the only reason to delay the recount. The sealed ballots are removable stickers kept in an unlocked room, rather than a safe. The normal protocol has been changed for this year’s Presidential primary; William Gardner has been caught lying on camera, upon questioning by blackboxvoting.org

Republican Presidential candidate Albert Howard, has sent a letter vehemently objecting to the delay in the Recount. William Gardner is delaying the recount; to avoid the recount having an influence on Super Tuesday primary day where 22 states have their primary. Super Tuesday will determine who will win the nominations for both the Democratic and Republican parties.

January 25, 2008HAND DELIVERED
Secretary of State
State of New Hampshire
Dept. of State
107 N. Main St. Rm 204
Concord, NH 03301

Re: RECESS

Dear Mr. Gardner:

This letter is being prepared for delivery to you following today’s lunch break.

Earlier today, Assistant Secretary of State David Scanlan asked me for my consent to a recess in the recount, the recess to span Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.

This is to inform you that I strenuously object to any suspension of the recount process.

I can think of no more important business for the State than the completion of the recount process.

The nation is in the early stages of the 2008 Presidential electoral process. The performance of the machines used in New Hampshire is of vital importance. The sooner the results are known and available to the People and to other units of government charged with conducting Primaries and General Elections, the better for the nation.

In addition, with the sudden start of the recount process, I and the observers have made costly arrangements for transportation, housing and personal time away from their places of employment that cannot be changed without personal harm.

Before any decision is made to suspend the recount over my objection I am respectfully requesting that you cite your legal authority to suspend the recount over my objections and under the current facts and circumstances; it was bad enough that the recount was not started on the date explicitly required by New Hampshire law.

Very truly yours,

Albert B. Howard

Howard had requested the hand count after noting that results reported by C-SPAN on Election Night allegedly showed him as having many more votes than were finally reported in the official results after the polls closed. He gave a check for $57,600, raised by supporters, to the SoS on January 16th. His hand count finally began yesterday, after Kucinich’s stopped when the funds submitted so far had apparently been spent.

Yesterday, we pointed to Gardner’s apparent lie to the media, claiming that Democratic candidate Dennis Kucinich was “satisfied at the integrity of the recount” despite a letter from Kucinich to Gardner the day before (posted exclusively by The BRAD BLOG here), clearly revealing Kucinich to be anything but “satisfied,” and, in fact, having requested “a complete and accurate recount of all ballots” to be carried out at state expense, given the “significant variances” discovered so far during the counting of just one NH county.

We had left a message with the SoS office seeking comment and/or clarification for Gardner’s statement to the media. He has yet to return our call.

UPDATE 1/26/08, 1:35am PT: We’ve been on the road, and in a media conference all day, so haven’t been able to follow up ourselves, but an emailer writes to tell us, “the NH SOS told Albert Howard that there would be NO recess in the counting of ballots next week”.

Bev Harris reports in comments (along with additional thoughts on the dynamics of SoS Gardner and Dept. SoS David Scanlan) that she has received a similar report from someone else on the ground in NH, that the count will proceed without hold up. Though the reasons for the initially attempted halt remain a mystery for now.

What’s clear is that standing up, and pushing back loudly and publicly by Howard has made a difference. If Democrats did the same, we’d probably not be in this fine mess in the first place…

Republican Re-count in New Hampshire to start on Tuesday Jan 22nd

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 3:30 am

With rampant fraud already being uncovered in the democratic re-count; there is already suspicion that the Republican re-count has been fixed again. Numerous sealed ballot boxes were discovered with slits in the bottom, during the democratic re-count. In Hillsborough county has reported a vote change of 1869 votes, Clinton lost 675 votes in the re-count, Edwards lost 279 votes, Obama lost 679, and Richardson lost 236, this is in just one county!

Americans around the country are out-raged that New Hampshire Secretary has taken over a week to start the re-count; people are suspecting that votes have already been replaced to reflect the vote count from the original election.

New Hampshire Re-count to take a month. Delays are Fraud too!

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 5:16 pm

The NH State Secretary office has announced that the re-count for both the Democratic and Republican primaries will take over a month eliminating their potential influence on determining the nominees for the respective parties. Delay is another form of fraud, William Gardiner has a moral and legal responsibility to finish the re-count before Super Tuesday, which has 22 primaries including New York and California.

Voter fraud of course is not being reported in the mainstream media, they are part of the problem with their mysterious polling process, but it is being reported overseas.

The mainstream Italian media are reporting both the rigging of the New Hampshire primary for Senator Hillary Clinton and the official demands for a swift, accurate and impartial recount. In an article written by Marcello Foa, one of Europe’s most respected journalists, it appears that vote tallies for all Democratic candidates as well as Republicans were reduced by Diebold vote-counting machines.

The NH secretary of State William Gardiner has kept New Hampshire as the first primary state for 30 years and has accrued all the benefits of that position; National Media attention, Huge Campaign and Tourist revenue and of course massive influence in the Nomination process. By dragging their feet now, the NH secretary is opening NH up to multiple lawsuits from defrauded American citizens nation-wide who have spent enormous amount of time and money promoting their candidates in New Hampshire for over two months prior to the primary.

According to U.S. Military contacts, there is voter fraud also in Iowa where an Israeli defense contractor, Elron Electronics held the contract for the Iowa caucuses. The concern of the Military now, is one of National Security; where it has been proven that electronic voting machines can be hacked by satellite or hand-held scanners within a matter of seconds. Programs can be inserted with pre-tabulated results, that make it look like there is no voter fraud. There is talk of bringing in the Provost Marshal to secure the election process from foreign and domestic manipulation. The Provost Marshal duty is to secure the Republic from enemies foreign and domestic.

New Hampshire Republican Re-count being blocked by Paypal

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 2:57 pm

Paypal is blocking the funds of the granny-warriors who have spearheaded the move for a recount through a minor Republican Presidential candidate named Albert Howard.
The Democratic recount has already started with Dennis Kucinich paying 25K of the 100K necessary for a recount on the democratic side.
The republican recount is in jeopardy because of the shenanigans being perpetrated through paypal. The real question remains who told paypal to freeze the funds? The deadline to start the Republican recount may be 5pm today. The recount concerns the integrity of the whole election process. The U.S. Military is aware of the potential for voter fraud in New Hampshire and the earlier caucus in Iowa. The electronic machines are a direct threat to the American Republic, it is an issue of National Security. The possibility for foreign intelligence agencies to hack into U.S. elections either via satellite or hand-held scanners is very likely due to the vulnerability of the computer systems as well as the access of the voting machines by the private companies diebold in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Vote Recount Process

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 1:31 pm

I am writing to share with you what I know about the New Hampshire Recount process.

At this time the paper ballots are sealed and in the possession of the Towns and Cities where they were cast. As with all great magicians the greatest illusions are done right before our eyes, and this is our concern with the Diebold Scanners and voting machines.

Past demonstrations have shown that these machines could skew the vote without the public or election officials knowing anything has happened. For this reason we have asked for a HAND RECOUNT of the ENTIRE STATE.

For anyone who may be concerned that a potential fraud could be covered up between now and Wednesday please sit back and consider this.

I live in New Hampshire because of the quality of life, a quality that starts with the honest hard working people who live here. Just think, for any funny business to take place from this point on, it would have to be a massive coordinated effort in over two hundred cities and towns, done right in front of the good people who live here. To pull that off in a few days would take real magic.

Now back to the process The Sec. of State will provide State Police Escort for the officials picking up the sealed paper ballots, each person who handles the ballots at any time will have to sign off on a ledger just like when you send registered mail. From there they will go to the location chosen for the recount. Each candidate can have their own team of observers if they so choose. Some of the logistics of the vote count still need to be worked out and as we (all those supporting Albert Howard’s efforts) are paying for the Recount we will have some input into the process. I personally suggested several video cameras streaming live to monitors and to the Internet. They liked the idea but we will definitely need help from our more tech savvy supporters.

Republican Presidential candidate Albert Howard files for Re-count in New Hampshire

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 1:20 pm

To all lovers of freedom and liberty,

As of 1:30 PM EST Friday, January 11th 2008 I did in fact pay the required $2,000 Fee to initiate an official recount of the New Hampshire primary election for the Republican Party.

Much discussion and speculation has been hitting the News and Blog sites. I would like to make my position perfectly clear as to where I stand regarding this recount effort.

First and foremost I want everyone to know exactly where I stand regarding the Ron Paul Campaign. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Paul and in no way do I want the issue of a recount to cause any riff in the support of his candidacy. In fact I can only hope that my actions will strengthen the cause for which he so passionately stands for.

My real concern is the controversial Diebold Electronic Scanning machines. They were used for 81% of the vote counting in New Hampshire. For the security of a free State we must keep our election process clean, open and fair. This is why I as well as many others supporting this effort feel it is necessary to challenge the discrepancy between the hand counted votes and the Machine counted votes. I believe it is better to take action now in the first primary than later.Thank you for all your support in the cause of truth, righteousness and liberty. To help finance the vote recount that is being sponsored by the grassroots: Recount-chip-in.

Albert Howard

Dennis Kucinich has filed for a recount in New Hampshire

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 5:02 pm

Possible vote fraud on both the democratic and Republican tickets in New Hampshire. Obama was favored by 14% point the day before the election and was beaten by Clinton by 2% points. Ron Paul was polled at 14% and came in at 8%. Kucinich is filing to maintain the integrity of the US polling process, voting is integral to the maintenance of the Republic.

INJUNCTION TO HAND RECOUNT THE PEOPLE OF NH’s PRIMARY VOTES

Filed under: General — kbcjedi @ 4:57 pm

10 January 2008

TO:       New Hampshire Secretary of State, William Gardner

FROM:      Henry-Ward Jr.: [McElroy], Retiring State Representative

ON BEHALF OF ALL DEMOCRATS, REPUBLICANS, AND INDEPENDENTS:

Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Barack Obama, Fred Thompson, John Edwards, Ron Paul,              Mike Gravel, Mitt Romney, et al.

SUBJ:    Vote Recount Injunction/Preserving Sacredness of Our Primary

Bill, I have had several calls and e-mails, as I know you are also getting.  My calls are coming from a variety of sources around the country concerning the integrity of the overall NH’s Primary.  It is interesting to note that the preponderance of the communications I have received is that they HAVE NOT BEEN for a specific party or candidate but specifically are addressing the integrity and “Sacredness of our Primary and Vote Counting and Reporting processes. There is a definite concern that our election processes have fallen prey to the media’s ALLEGED need for instant and reportable results which in turn unduly influence the voters of the rest of the State and the Nation when some of our voting places close early like Dixville. The overall concern seems to be that the “sacredness” of the public trust in New Hampshire AND America must be protected.

I, as you are aware, am considered to be a reasonable, thinking, nonpartisan State Representative. I am being asked about our NH vote recount process here in New Hampshire and can I assist in making one of Bill Gardner’s VISIBLE recounts happen because of a number of questionable “Vote Reporting” factors.  This data can be provided should you require.

Therefore, with this Vote Recount Injunction Bill, I need to know what support you will need in order to accomplish one of your VISIBLE and, as the U.S. Supreme Court says, ACCURATE and HONEST vote recounts. What will you need in order to preserve the integrity of the election process in the United States of America and to preserve the Democratic processes in our American Republican form of government?  Initially this includes the retention of the Primary ballots.

Let me know what I can do to assist you and your office with this Primary Recount Injunction.

Faithfully yours,

    Henry W. McElroy, Jr.
